By Entering into a management agreement with me (InamazuVT) You (Then known as the "Client") Agree to the following.1. Scope of work
Inamazu provides vtuber management services including but not limited to
- Branding support
- Analytics review
- SEO help
- Project + event management
- Social Media Management
- Schedule Management
- Tech support- Email review
- Contacting/Finding Artists
- Contacting/Finding Editors
- Contacting streamers
- Contacting sponsors- Video editing/clip creation
- VOD Scrubbing2. Payment Terms
All Payments Must be Made in full or as agreed upon before services may begin
payment plans (if offered) must be followed as agreed upon
Late payments may result in pause or termination of services3. Refund Policy
All payments are FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE
Due to time,effort, and strategic planning involved in vtuber management, once services have begun or resources have been allocated: No refunds will be issues for any circumstance or reason, this includes dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unused services (Simply talk to me before hand about services you will not need or use)4. No Charge Backs
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree:
- You will NOT initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider
- any attempt to do so will be considered a violation of this agreement.
in the event of a chargeback:
- YOU may be permanently banned from future services and legal action may be pursued if necessary5. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to:
-communicate clearly and respectfully
-provide necessary materials, access, and information in a timely manner
-follow agreed schedules and commitments
-understand that growth and success are not guaranteedThe Client acknowledges and agrees that Inamazu operates as an independent manager and service provider, not an on-demand or emergency-response service.
The Client agrees that:
-There is no expectation of 24/7 access, immediate replies, instant support, or emotional crisis intervention/support at any time.
-Response times may vary depending on workload, active projects, streaming schedules, commuting, rest, personal responsibilities, or other professional obligations.
-If Inamazu is streaming, working, commuting, resting, or otherwise unavailable, the Client is not entitled to priority access, special treatment, or interruption of those activities.
-The Client will not engage in guilt-tripping, emotional manipulation, coercion, pressure, entitlement, retaliation, harassment, or other inappropriate conduct regarding response times, availability, boundaries, or communication delays.
-Inamazu’s autonomy, time, energy, personal boundaries, and scheduling limitations are final and non-negotiable.
-Repeated disregard for these boundaries may result in warnings, restricted communication, or immediate termination of services without refund at Inamazu’s sole discretion6. No Guaranteed Results
While Inamazu strives to provide high quality management No guarantees are made regarding follower growth, income, or success.
Results depend on multiple external factors beyond managerial control.7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. However:
No refunds will be issued upon termination
Any outstanding payments must still be completed8. Conduct & Professionalism
Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward the manager will result in
Immediate termination of services with No refund9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep private any sensitive information shared during the course of the agreement.10. Agreement
By purchasing or engaging in services, the Client confirms they:
Have read and understood these Terms and Agree to be legally bound by themInamazu reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
